Fran Hart retreat facilitator Fran has studied the intricacies of human connection for over 20 years. As a founding member of Heartwood Community she understands the dynamics of human relationship and knows what keeps us connected and what disconnects. She co-created a collaboration model to navigate the complexities we face each day so we can make more authentic choices and bring to life the latent resource of our interconnectedness. For the past four years she has practiced Brené Brown’s work on vulnerability, shame, resiliency and wholeheartedness to understand the pieces that can disconnect us from our authenticity. She has lived and practiced this work while raising two children, in partnership, in community and as an independent bookkeeper. www.heartwoodcohousing.com

Aama Harwood, Yoga instructor: Since 2009 Aama has been pursuing yoga as a means to strengthen spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional well-being. She began practicing when she was fourteen years old as she found yoga to be a way to move through this world in an authentic way. In 2014, She studied with Marianne Wells in Costa Rica to receive her 200 hour RYT certification in Hatha yoga. Aama’s classes are designed to intertwine spiritual thought along with artful and conscious movement. It is her belief that yoga supplies a physical canvas we can apply our lives to; finding areas that need adjustment on and off the mat. Her passion is to assist people to heal on every level and it is her mission in life to make health and greater body awareness accessible to everyone. http://www.youauthentically.com/
